Position Summary

Serve as support for all HR operations service center inquiries.

Job Description

Primary Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Provides oversight, guidance and resolution for the operational processes in Service Now.
  • Interfaces with multiple levels of support with the goal of ticket resolution.
  • Follows documentation and process improvements for areas of functional support with an emphasis on customer excellence and process improvement.
  • Focuses on metrics for ticket resolution for ongoing distribution and resolution status.
  • Provides additional duties as assigned.

Salary Range

Individual rates within the range will be determined by factors including one's qualifications and performance, equity with others in the department, market rates for positions within the same grade and department budget.
