Responsibilities

What You’ll Do

  • Serve as the primary contact between inter-company customers and facility teams.
  • Prepare quotes and manage order entry, acknowledgments, and follow-up.
  • Build achievable production schedules around demand, capacity, materials, and lead times.
  • Monitor inventory, replenishment needs, forecasts, and delivery commitments.
  • Partner with Supply Chain, Sales, Engineering, Production, and Manufacturing to resolve issues.
  • Identify demand and capacity conflicts early and help drive solutions.
  • Use ERP planning messages and production data to keep priorities aligned.

 

 

 

Qualifications

What You Bring

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Customer service, planning, or manufacturing experience.
  • Strong communication, organization, negotiation, and follow-through.
  • Confidence working across departments and building lasting customer relationships.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Bachelor’s degree, CPIM certification, or five years of manufacturing experience preferred.
