Regions Hospital has an opportunity for a Burn and Trauma Performance Improvement Coordinator to join our team! 

This position is responsible for the coordination and facilitation of the Trauma and Burn Performance Improvement Program, which encompasses all areas and disciplines of the hospital that participate in the care of admitted injured and/ or burn patients. Provides coordination and facilitation of performance improvement data collection, analysis, trending and benchmarking of data and outcomes. Participates in Trauma/Burn Registry data analysis. Collaborates closely with Trauma and Burn Program Leadership to assure compliance with trauma and burn standards, National Trauma Data Bank (NTDB) and Burn Quality Care Platform (BQCP), and MN Trauma/Burn Registry guidelines

Minimum Qualifications: 

Education: Graduation from an accredited Registered Nurse Program. Bachelor’s degree required. 

Experience: Three years of clinical experience in adult and pediatric trauma, burn emergency medicine, or critical care.

Licensure/ Registration/ Certification: Minnesota State Registered Nurse BSN license
