HealthPartners is looking to hire a Medical Records and Staffing Coordinator – to join our – team! Come join us as a Partner for Good and help us make an impact on the care and experience that our patients and their families receive every day.Â
Position Summary:Â This position is responsible for the scheduling of the nursing staff and assisting the nursing department in facilitating information and documentation changes. This position will maintain the medical records for each patient and code in the electronic medical record. This position requires a strong attention to detail, ability to follow appropriate filing nomenclature, and ability to scan, file, retrieve and attach documents within the electronic health record.Â
Work Schedule: FTE 1.0, 40 hours per week, 5 days a week, Monday through Friday from 8:00 am - 4:30 pm.
Required Qualifications:Â
- High School Diploma/Equivalent
- Ability to manage time and prioritize duties
- Customer service orientedÂ
- Knowledge of medical terminology
Preferred Qualifications: Â ICD10 certification.
