Responsibilities:
- Perform daily cleaning of guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas to ensure a spotless environment.
- Change bed linens, towels, and replenish amenities as needed.
- Dust and polish furniture, fixtures, and surfaces to maintain a fresh appearance.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety standards in all cleaning tasks.
- Assist with laundry duties as required, including washing and folding linens.
- Communicate effectively with team members and guests to provide exceptional service.
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and notify management when restocking is needed.
Requirements:
- Previous housekeeping experience in a hotel or similar setting preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 25 lbs and perform physical tasks.
- Effective communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
- Weekends and holidays are required (Thanksgiving and Christmas off)
