About the Role

We’re looking for a Connecticut-licensed LMFT to provide therapy through a remote setting. You’ll work with individuals, couples, and families who may need support with relationship concerns, family dynamics, communication, or personal challenges. This position offers a consistent weekday schedule and the independence to manage your clinical work remotely. You’ll have responsibility for your own sessions and cases while working with other professionals when coordination is needed.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct individual, couples, and family therapy sessions through telehealth
  • Complete initial assessments and review relevant client history
  • Establish treatment goals and determine appropriate clinical approaches
  • Address relationship, communication, and family concerns within therapy
  • Review cases and make treatment adjustments when appropriate
  • Complete intake forms, progress notes, and required clinical records
  • Coordinate with other providers when additional services are needed
  • Maintain client confidentiality and professional boundaries
  • Follow Connecticut licensing and telehealth requirements
  • Active Connecticut LMFT license in good standing
  • Master's degree in a relevant behavioral health field appropriate for Licensed Marital and Family Therapist licensure
  • Full clinical licensure required; temporary, associate, intern, or probationary licenses are not intended for this role
  • Confidence managing treatment plans, documentation, and client communication in a full-time role.
  • Experience supporting individuals, couples, families, or clients with relational concerns is helpful.
