Job DetailsJob Location: Stamford Office - Stamford, CT 06905Position Type: Full-Time/Part-TimeManager of Consumer Experience (MCE) Salary: $52,000 annually, paid bi-weekly according to the Company’s regular payroll schedule Location: Corporate office located at 1799 Summer Street, Stamford, CT 06905, with remote work flexibility. Travel may be required throughout Fairfield County, Westchester County, Manhattan, and other locations based on business needs. Schedule: Typically, Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM, with a minimum of 30 hours per week. Position Overview The Manager of Consumer Experience (MCE) will support the development, launch, and growth of the Wisebird platform, with a focus on consumer experience, compliance, marketing, and business development. The MCE will work closely with leadership to help bring the Wisebird product to market while supporting marketing initiatives, platform compliance, and channel partner relationships.   Key Responsibilities Lead Consumer Interface Design for Wisebird. Develop and manage Wisebird’s trust and compliance platform using Vanta. Ensure HIPAA and security compliance for the Wisebird platform. Work closely with the CEO and CFO to bring the Wisebird product to market. Assist with social media outreach and posting across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and X/Twitter. Lead email marketing efforts. Assist with building and maintaining relationships with channel partners. Perform other duties as required or requested. QualificationsQualifications Strong communication and organizational skills. Experience with digital platforms, marketing, or consumer-facing technology. Ability to work independently and collaborate with leadership. Familiarity with compliance, data privacy, or HIPAA requirements is preferred. Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
