  • Work closely with project managers, general contractors, and other trades

  • Identify field conflicts early and implement practical solutions

  • Track project progress and make adjustments to keep work on schedule

  • Support inspections, testing, commissioning, punch-list completion, and closeout

Safety, Quality & Documentation

  • Ensure HVAC and plumbing installations meet project specifications and applicable codes

  • Conduct jobsite safety meetings and enforce VMG safety policies

  • Maintain compliance with OSHA standards and site-specific requirements

  • Monitor workmanship and address quality concerns promptly

  • Maintain accurate daily reports, progress updates, and project documentation

  • Keep the jobsite organized, productive, and safe

  • OSHA 30 certification preferred

  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

  • Ability to work on active project sites in Sterling and throughout the surrounding DMV region
