Position Summary |
The Weighmaster is responsible for the accurate weighing of loaded trucks, timely processing of weight tickets, and coordination of walk-in and phone-based customer orders at an assigned facility. This role serves as a critical operational link between customers, drivers, dispatchers, and the Billing department by ensuring that transactions are recorded accurately and that supporting documentation is completed and forwarded in a timely manner. The Weighmaster supports pit truck coordination while providing attentive customer service and precise data management, contributing directly to the efficiency and financial accuracy of daily site operations. |
