About the Role:
Flex & Heal Physical Therapy LLC is looking for a friendly and organized Front Desk Associate to be the welcoming face of our clinic in Stoughton, MA. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a patient-focused team where your energy and professionalism make a real difference every single day.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and check in patients with a warm, professional demeanor
- Schedule and confirm patient appointments using practice management software
- Answer incoming phone calls, respond to inquiries, and direct messages appropriately
- Verify insurance eligibility and collect co-pays at time of service
- Maintain accurate patient records and manage intake paperwork
- Coordinate communication between patients and clinical staff
- Keep the front desk and waiting area clean, organized, and welcoming
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Prior experience in a medical, physical therapy, or healthcare front desk setting preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with insurance verification and medical billing basics is a plus
- Proficiency with scheduling software and general computer skills
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a busy environment
- Positive, patient-first attitude and professional appearance
