Highlights of the position:
- Set the Service Standard: Deliver exceptional customer service, resolve concerns, and maintain a clean, professional environment.
- Build a Winning Team: Recruit, onboard/train stylists while fostering teamwork, accountability, and growth.
- Lead with Ownership: Manage daily salon operations—scheduling, product/supply orders, inventory and payroll support. Drive sales, productivity and overall store performence.
- Coach/Develop with Passion: Support your team in ways to motivate & develop them and provide personal and team goals to work towards successful growth
