Production Lead

Position Title: Production Lead 

Department: Production

Reports to: Production Supervisor

Main Functions: 

• Assist production manager in the daily operations of the plant

Duties:

• Supervise employees
• Ensure proper order fulfillment
• Enforce company policies
• Monitor breaks and lunches
• Completing proper documentation
• Work effectively with the QAs
• Fill out accident/incident reports

Working Conditions:

• Cold and wet environment
• Fast paced
• Flexible hours

Employment Requirements

• Able to comply with all safety requirements
• Able to work in varying indoor climates
• Able to work as a team member and communicate effectively
• Has the ability to work independently and think on their feet
• Bi-Lingual in Spanish is a Plus
