What You’ll Do

Assist installers with tile and flooring installation
Mix and prepare materials (mud, grout, thin-set, etc.)
Prep and clean floors, walls, and work areas
Stock materials and support the installation crew
Learn professional installation techniques and best practices

What We’re Looking For

Strong work ethic and attention to detail
Ability to lift 60+ lbs and perform physical labor
Professional attitude and customer service skills
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (required)
OSHA 10-Hour Certification (can be completed before starting)
Construction experience is a plus, but not required — we’ll train the right person!

Compensation & Benefits

$21–$26/hr (based on experience)

Schedule

Monday–Friday, 8-hour shifts (typical start time 6am or 7am depending on jobsite)
Overtime as required
Occasionally 2nd shift is required (day shift is standard)
