Fiberglass Laminator / Roller

Sportsman Boats & Phenom Yachts is looking for dependable, hardworking Fiberglass Laminators/Rollers to join our manufacturing team. If you take pride in working with your hands, care about quality, and want to learn a skilled trade, we want to hear from you! Our schedule is Monday - Thursday, 5:00AM - 3:45 PM. There are opportunities to work overtime based on production needs.
What You'll Do
- Laminate and roll fiberglass materials to build quality boat components
- Apply resin and fiberglass according to specifications
- Inspect work for quality and proper coverage
- Follow safety procedures and production standards
- Work as part of a team to meet production goals
- Learn and cross-train in additional manufacturing skills
Fiberglass or boat-building experience is a plus, but we’re willing to train the right person!
