We work across the development life-cycle - Build, Evaluate, Deploy, Monitor and Optimize, extending the console, and re-imagining workflows in an agentic era.

Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

US: $174000 - $252000 (USD) + 15% bonus target + equity + benefits

Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop scalable, responsive user interfaces for the CXAS Console, empowering developers to seamlessly build, evaluate, deploy, monitor, and optimize enterprise-grade generative AI agents.
  • Architect and implement intuitive, AI-centric workflows that simplify complex agent configurations, directly contributing to an evolving AI-infused front end that serves customers globally at scale.
  • Build robust, performant front-end components capable of managing real-time interactions, data visualizations, and testing interfaces for agents engaging in complex, open-ended dialogues and autonomous tasks.
  • Collaborate closely with UX design, product management, and ML engineering partners to translate technical constraints into intuitive, user-centric front-end solutions.
  • Provide front-end architectural oversight, set UI engineering best practices, and coach team members to drive engineering excellence within a changing, collaborative environment.
