  About the team:
As a key product leader, you will shape product vision and strategy, identify high-impact opportunities, and deliver scalable solutions that enhance the end-to-end customer journey. Beyond traditional product management, we are looking for an adaptive AI-builder mindset—someone who embraces emerging technologies, leverages data and automation to accelerate outcomes, and continuously reimagines how products are conceived, built, and optimized. You will help evolve our teams beyond the standard product development lifecycle by championing rapid experimentation, AI-driven decision-making, continuous learning, and iterative value delivery at scale.
  What you'll do:
  • Define and drive product vision and strategy for complex product families by leveraging market insights and competitive assessments.
  • Develop and manage comprehensive product roadmaps, prioritizing features based on customer needs, technical feasibility, and business impact.
  • Lead cross-functional collaboration to align stakeholders and ensure successful product delivery and adoption.
  • Utilize data-driven decision making and advanced analytics to evaluate product performance and inform iterative improvements.
  • Mentor and guide product management team members to enhance discovery rigor and customer focus.
  • Identify and implement technology innovations to optimize product outcomes and scalability.

What you'll bring:
  • Extensive experience managing complex products or product families with strategic vision and autonomy.
  • Proven ability to define product strategy and roadmaps based on customer insights, competitive analysis, and market opportunities.
  • Strong expertise in project and stakeholder management to align cross-functional teams and drive product delivery.
  • Proficiency in data-driven decision making, including advanced analytics and experimentation to validate assumptions and optimize outcomes.
  • Deep understanding of technology architecture and emerging technologies to guide product innovation and technical feasibility.
  • Demonstrated leadership in mentoring product managers and influencing without direct authority.
