NOW HIRING – FULL-TIME LANDSCAPE CREW MEMBER / DRIVER
Smart Choice Landscape is looking for a reliable, hardworking Landscape Crew Member / Driver to join our team in South Florida.
This is a full-time, hands-on position. The employee will drive a company landscape truck and trailer to job sites and work alongside the crew performing landscape maintenance.
Responsibilities
- Safely drive company landscape trucks and trailers to job sites.
- Work alongside the crew performing mowing, edging, blowing, trimming, planting, and other landscape services.
- Safely load, transport, and unload landscaping equipment and materials.
- Inspect and maintain trucks, trailers, tools, and equipment daily.
- Follow company safety procedures and quality standards.
- Work efficiently as part of a landscape crew.
- Maintain a professional attitude at customer properties.
Requirements
- Valid Florida driver's license.
- Acceptable driving record.
- Experience driving trucks with trailers is strongly preferred.
- Landscaping experience is preferred.
- Must be comfortable performing physical outdoor work in South Florida weather.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team.
- English and/or Spanish communication skills.
- Strong work ethic and hands-on attitude.
