Esthetics Teacher

Let's skip the fluff - Paul Mitchell Schools in Toledo, OH is hiring a full-time Esthetics Teacher who's ready to get things DONE!

Compensation:

• $18-$20 per hour

Work Schedule:

Monday through Thursday from 2 pm-10 pm

or

Tuesday through Thursday from 2 pm -10 pm

and

Friday/Saturday 8:30-4:30 pm

We also have part-time hours available as well if evenings/weekends work for you!

WHAT YOU'LL ACTUALLY BE DOING:

As our Esthetics Teacher, you will:

• Teach our renowned esthetics curriculum, covering facials, clinical treatments, and advanced machine-based techniques
• Guide students as they build confidence, professionalism, and hands-on technical skills
• Provide meaningful, real-time feedback and mentorship to support student growth
• Collaborate with a passionate, supportive team focused on delivering top-tier education
• Continue growing your own skills through ongoing training and professional development

WE'RE LOOKING FOR AN ESTHETICS TEACHER WHO...

Has:

• An active Ohio Esthetician Instructor license
• Clinical experience with facials, esthetic devices, and advanced treatment techniques

Can:

• Bring a collaborative mindset with a willingness to support team success

• Demonstrate strong customer service skills along with effective classroom management
• Comfortably uses computers and modern instructional tools
