Accounts Payable Assistant
Reports to the CFO
Part-time M-F, preferred hours 10:00am – 2:00pm
approximately 20 hours per weekÂ
The duties of this position include, but are not limited to:
- Accounts Payable invoice coding and input in Accounting Information System (AIS)
- AP check scanning, processing and filing
- Credit card charge coding in MS excel, matching and filing receipts
- Entering journal entries into AIS
- Assisting Billing Manager with scanning and filing PO orders
- Miscellaneous "go for" errands such as picking up doctor lunches, dry cleaning, etc.
Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on the computer
- Must be able to lift upwards of 20 lbs for food delivery and box filing
- Must be comfortable driving. Reliable transportation is required.Â
We encourage those who possess organizational ability to apply. Three years of accounting assistant experience is preferred. This is a temporary, part time position that will be assisting the CFO of our practice. Must have reliable transportation.
Pay: $18.00 per hour
