Job Summary

The Accounts Receivable Coordinator manages invoicing, collections, and account reconciliations, while partnering with internal teams and clients to ensure timely payments and cash flow management.

What you will do

  • Prepare, review, and distribute invoices
  • Process credit card charges; follow up on and resolve declines
  • Manage billing for multiple clients with varying requirements
  • Communicate proactively with management regarding problem accounts
  • Post payments and process unit refunds
  • Conduct follow-up and collection calls on delinquent accounts
  • Provide customer service related to billing inquiries
  • Process Direct Bill applications
  • Perform account research and reconciliations
  • Lead monthly A/R meetings
  • Work with spreadsheets for reporting and tracking

What you have

Experience and Education

  • High school diploma
  • 2+ years of experience in Accounts Receivable is required.
  • Proficiency in Excel, Word, and Outlook required, along with strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills. 
  • This role works closely with outside markets and clients. Hospitality experience is preferred but not required.
