Draxord Group is a growing real estate investment and asset management company focused on multifamily properties across the United States. Our Tampa office supports the company's operations, acquisitions, asset management and corporate development activities.

We are seeking a dependable, organized and service-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our Tampa office and help create a professional and welcoming environment for employees, visitors, vendors and business partners.



Position Summary

The Administrative Assistant is responsible for front-desk operations and essential day-to-day office coordination. This position serves as a central point of contact for the Tampa office and supports office organization, visitors, meetings, vendors, deliveries and general administrative activities. The ideal candidate is organized, responsive, professional and comfortable working in a fast-paced business environment where priorities may change throughout the day.



Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome and assist visitors, candidates, vendors and business partners.
  • Answer and route incoming calls and respond to general office inquiries.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail, courier deliveries and building deliveries.
  • Coordinate access for visitors, vendors and service providers.
  • Maintain meeting rooms, reception areas, kitchen and shared office spaces in an organized and professional condition.
  • Coordinate office supplies, refreshments and routine vendor requests.
  • Monitor office supply levels and arrange replenishment as needed.
  • Support meeting scheduling, conference-room reservations, room setup and visitor access.
  • Maintain office contact lists, vendor information, building instructions and basic administrative records.
  • Assist with scheduling and coordination of internal meetings and team activities.
  • Communicate with building management and service providers regarding routine office matters.
  • Provide general administrative support to Operations, senior leadership and other departments as needed.
  • Assist with basic document preparation, filing, data entry and spreadsheet updates.
  • Help coordinate onboarding logistics for new employees, including workspace preparation, office access and first-day arrangements.
  • Maintain confidentiality when handling company, employee or business information.
  • Perform other reasonable administrative duties related to the position as assigned.



Qualifications



Preferred Experience

  • Approximately two or more years of experience in administrative support, reception, front-desk operations, office services, hospitality or a similar environment preferred.
  • Experience supporting a professional office environment is an asset.

  • Clear and professional written and verbal communication.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and follow through on assigned responsibilities.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

  • Working knowledge of Microsoft 365, including Outlook, Word and Excel.
  • Comfortable using email, electronic calendars, spreadsheets and standard office equipment.
  • Ability to learn new software and office systems.



Language

  • Professional proficiency in English is required for day-to-day business communications



Compensation

The anticipated base compensation range for this position is $40,000–$46,000 per year, depending on relevant experience, qualifications and skills. The employee may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary company-wide annual performance bonus program, subject to company policies and applicable program terms. This position is classified as non-exempt and is eligible for overtime compensation in accordance with applicable federal and Florida law.


Work Environment

This is an on-site position in Draxord Group's Tampa, Florida office. The position regularly involves use of computers, phones and standard office equipment and interaction with employees, visitors, vendors and business partners.
