Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced SeniorIT Project Manager to manage and coordinate technical resources involved in theanalysis, development, implementation, and documentation of informationsystems.

The Senior IT Project Manager will beresponsible for project planning, scheduling, resource coordination, budgetmanagement, stakeholder communication, and ensuring successful delivery oftechnology projects aligned with organizational objectives.

Key Responsibilities

·       Develop comprehensive project plans,schedules, timelines, and resource assignments.

·       Coordinate project requirements,tasks, work assignments, and technical resources.

·       Define project objectives and systemdevelopment requirements in alignment with business goals.

·       Provide technical leadership andguidance throughout project development and implementation.

·       Mentor and provide technical directionto project team members.

·       Monitor project activities,deliverables, documentation, and adherence to organizational standards.

·       Prepare and review technicalspecifications for information systems.

·       Develop and manage system testing,implementation, and deployment plans.

·       Monitor testing and implementationactivities to ensure successful project outcomes.

·       Facilitate project workflows usingWaterfall, Agile, and Scrum methodologies.

·       Conduct regular project statusmeetings with stakeholders.

·       Track project scope, timelines, risks,issues, and deliverables.

·       Communicate project status, changes,risks, and recommendations to stakeholders and leadership.

·       Ensure projects remain aligned withorganizational priorities and strategic objectives.

·       Perform additional project managementand technical responsibilities as assigned.

Required Skills & Experience

·        4+years of experience in information technology roles involving: Strategicinitiatives, Technology project management, IT systems implementation, RelatedIT project leadership

• Senior IT Project Management experience
  
• Experience with Oracle Unifier and Primavera
  
• Local candidates, or those able to travel during peak periods within the project lifecycle

·        Strongknowledge of project, program, and product management methodologies.

·        Experienceworking with both Agile and Waterfall methodologies.

·        Experiencewith Scrum project environments.

·        Strongproject planning, scheduling, resource management, and risk management skills.

·        Excellentwritten and verbal communication skills.

·        Strongstakeholder management and relationship-building abilities.

·        Abilityto handle sensitive and confidential information.

·        Strongorganizational and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills

·       Experience managing E-Business Suitesoftware and technology-related projects.

·       Experience managing complex enterpriseIT implementations.

·       Knowledge of project planning andproject management tools.

Education

Bachelor's degree in: Computer Science,Computer Information Systems, Business Administration, Mathematics Relatedfield Equivalent combination of education, training, and professionalexperience may be considered.

Required Certification

Project Management Professional (PMP)certification.

Additional Requirement

Valid Florida Driver License required.

Ability to communicate effectivelywith technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Ability to establish and maintaineffective working relationships across the organization.

Strong customer service andprofessional communication skills.

Ability to work independently andmanage multiple project priorities.
