The Maintenance Technician troubleshoots, repairs, maintains, and installs HVAC, electrical, systems, plumbing, FLS, lighting, gates, and related equipment as assigned, and assumes day-to-day coordination of specific agreements or projects as assigned to ensure contractual commitments are met in a timely, cost-effective manner.
Compensation: $28.00 - $36.00 per hour pay rate (U.S. Dollars)

Responsibilities
- Perform general handyman tasks, including but not limited to:Â Â
- Patch and paint wallsÂ
- Install corner guards and kick platesÂ
- Replace ceiling tilesÂ
- Basic carpentry repairsÂ
- Repair or replace carpetÂ
- Hang/install pictures, electronics, and anchorsÂ
- Door repairs (handles, closures)Â
- Exterior pressure washingÂ
- Dusting and cleaningÂ
- Conduct basic plumbing repairs (unclog sinks/toilets, replace flush sensors, faucets).Â
- Support engineering team with tasks such as:Â Â
- HVAC filter replacementÂ
- Lighting maintenanceÂ
- Inventory management and restocking suppliesÂ
- Manage and close work orders in Corrigo or similar systems, ensuring SLA compliance.Â
- Perform site inspections (daily, weekly, monthly) to maintain client standards.Â
- Engage with building occupants regarding repairs and ticket updates.Â
- Escort vendors and assist with event setup/furniture moves as needed.Â
Â
Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar environment or facility management setting.Â
Basic knowledge of general maintenance tasks and hand tools.Â
Familiarity with work order systems (Corrigo, ServiceNow, or similar).Â
Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with facility managers, engineers, contractors, and vendors.Â
Customer-focused mindset and commitment to meeting service level agreements (SLAs).Â
