A Typical Day

The Associate, MFD Rotational is responsible for supporting key operational areas within the Mortgage Fulfillment Division (MFD) during a comprehensive 24-month rotational program across Consumer Direct and TPO channels. This role builds hands-on technical capabilities across loan disclosures, title analysis, income evaluation, and closing documentation while establishing a high-potential leadership pathway. The Associate, MFD Rotational collaborates across cross-functional teams to resolve operational bottlenecks, process loan pipelines, and maintain compliance standards.

 

The Associate, MFD Rotational will:

  • Complete a structured 24-month rotation across MFD operational departments, including Base File, Title, Conditions, Eligibility, MST, Closing, and Funding
  • Prepare and review initial and final loan disclosures (RESPA, TILA, TRID), initial/final Closing Disclosures, flood certificates, appraisals, and insurance policies
  • Analyze title abstracts, recorded deeds, liens, UCC filings, and AUS findings/product profiles to resolve property title issues and assess condo eligibility
  • Evaluate borrower income documentation against underwriting guidelines to calculate qualifying income and progress toward income certification
  • Manage daily pipeline loan queues to ensure timeliness, documentation validation, and prompt customer inquiry resolution
  • Perform other related duties as required and assigned

Compensation: Individual salary may vary based on multiple factors including specific role, geographic location / market data, and skills and experience as defined below:

  • Lower in range - Building skills and experience in the role
  • Mid-range - Experience and skills align with proficiency in the role 
  • Higher in range - Experience and skills add value above typical requirements of the role 

 

Some roles may be eligible for performance-based compensation and/or stock-based incentives awarded to employees based on company and individual performance.
