Multi-location Dental Group seeking a Rock Star Dental Treatment Coordinator for a Part-Time Float role in the Tampa area!

This is a part-time float position covering Fridays and Saturdays across our Tampa-area locations. You'll rotate between offices, so flexibility and adaptability are key. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, love connecting with patients, and can hit the ground running in a new space, this role was made for you.
Core Competencies:
- Comfortable presenting the value of dental treatment to patients
- World-class customer service, no matter which office you're in
- Strong grasp of dental insurance so patients always feel supported
Essential Functions:
- Confidently present treatment plans and discuss financial options
- Explain the value of dental treatment and convert same-day appointments
- Willing to have candid conversations with patients and follow up on unscheduled treatment
- Answer insurance-related questions with confidence
- Impeccable organization across multiple office environments
- Flexibility is non-negotiable; you will be moving between locations
- Consistent in cleanliness, timeliness, and patient experience no matter where you land
