Location
Candidates must reside within Eastern North Carolina, including Rocky Mount, Wilson, Greenville, Kinston, New Bern, Goldsboro, Tarboro, and surrounding communities.
Position Overview
Nu-Pipe is seeking hardworking Laborers to support trenchless drainage rehabilitation projects. This is a physically demanding, field-based role involving confined space work, travel, and long work hours in varying outdoor conditions.
This position is ideal for individuals who are dependable, willing to travel, and comfortable working as part of a crew on infrastructure rehabilitation projects.

What You’ll Do
- Assist crews with drainage rehabilitation and grout injection operationsÂ
- Load, unload, and transport materials and equipment at job sitesÂ
- Support equipment setup, preparation, and cleanupÂ
- Perform physically demanding labor in outdoor and confined space environmentsÂ
- Follow all safety procedures and company policiesÂ
- Work closely with foremen and operators to complete projects efficientlyÂ
- Travel with crews to assigned project locationsÂ
Required Qualifications
- Ability to perform physically demanding work and long hoursÂ
- Must be able to work in confined spaces and enclosed environments.
- Willingness to travel and work away from home for extended periodsÂ
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethicÂ
- Ability to communicate in Spanish is required for crew communication and job site safety
- Previous construction, labor, concrete, or industrial experience preferredÂ
Preferred Experience
- Concrete or cement finishing experienceÂ
- Experience operating concrete mixers or pumpsÂ
- Confined Space Entry experienceÂ
Travel & Schedule
- Must be willing to travel regularly for projectsÂ
- Employees typically work away from home 10 days out of every 14Â
- Transportation to and from work cycles is provided by the companyÂ
- Driver’s license is not requiredÂ
- Standard schedules include either:Â
- Every other Thursday–Sunday off, orÂ
- Every other Friday–Monday offÂ
