AUTOMOTIVE DEALERSHIP SALES EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

Horne Mazda Tempe is seeking experienced Automotive Sales Consultants to join our high-volume sales team.

We are specifically looking for candidates with proven automotive dealership sales experience, strong closing skills, and a track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.

This is not an entry-level sales position. We are looking for professionals who can step onto the showroom floor and immediately contribute.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Previous automotive dealership sales experience required
  

• Proven track record of vehicle sales performance
  

• Strong closing and negotiation skills
  

• Experience working showroom traffic, internet leads, and inbound calls
  

• Strong prospecting and follow-up abilities
  

• Experience using a dealership CRM
  

• Working knowledge of vehicle features, pricing, financing, and trade-ins
  

• Ability to perform in a fast-paced, high-volume dealership
  

• Professional communication and customer relationship skills
  

• Valid Arizona Driver’s License
  

NOT AN ENTRY-LEVEL POSITION

We are specifically seeking current or recently experienced Automotive Sales Consultants who understand the dealership sales process and are ready to produce.

Candidates with backgrounds exclusively in general retail, hospitality, restaurant, customer service, or non-automotive sales will not be the target profile for this position.
