Work Order Specialist

*On-site training will be provided*

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Work Order Specialist to join our team. This position requires promptness, strong communication skills, incredible attention to detail, and the ability to multi-task. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, this may be a good fit for you.

Mimimum 40 hrs/ week, with the potential for overtime as needed.

Monday-Friday, with the potential Saturday as needed.

Shift: 6am-2:30pm

Hiring Window: Immediately

Benefits: Health Insurance available after 90 day probation

Pay: $20/ hr

Responsibilities

-Inspect various firefighter uniforms according to safety and regulation standards.

-Create custom work orders accurately and efficiently using order management software.

-Relay all repairs and alterations effectively in organized paperwork for seamstresses.

Ensure the flow and timely completion of all weekly tasks in cooperation with other staff.

-Assist the Shop Managers to ensure company success where needed.

Requirements

-High School Diploma/ GED or higher.

-Must be able to work on feet for long periods of time.

-Must be able to lift 50 lbs.

-Must be prompt.

-Experience in customer support or a similar role is preferred.

-Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Must be able to speak and read English.

-Experience in tailoring/ sewing garments is a plus.

-Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

-Must be adaptable and malleable to changing plans/ timelines.

-Must showcase a proactive attitude towards problem-solving, collaboration, customer/ employee safety, and customer satisfaction
