1:15 PM - 9:30 PM

3rd Shift

Sunday: 7:00 PM Start
Monday-Friday: 9:30 PM - 5:00 AM

Pay

Average Earnings: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour (based on production)

• $20.03/hour - Hourly Positions
• $21.00/hour - Production Training Rate (2nd Shift)
• $22.00/hour - Production Training Rate (3rd Shift)

Physical Requirements

• Must be able to lift 30 pounds at arm's length on a continual basis
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds as needed
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift

Position Summary

We are seeking motivated individuals to join our manufacturing team. Production Associates may work in a variety of roles, including Forklift Operator, Machine Operator, Material Handler, Palletizer, and Stuffer. Successful candidates are safety-minded, dependable, and capable of working in a fast-paced production environment.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Operate production equipment and machinery safely and efficiently
• Operate forklifts and material handling equipment (as assigned)
• Load, unload, move, and stage materials throughout the facility
• Stack, palletize, and prepare products for shipment
• Monitor production processes and product quality
• Follow work instructions and production schedules
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Adhere to all safety policies and procedures
• Assist with general production duties as needed

Qualifications and Skills

• Manufacturing or warehouse experience preferred
• Forklift experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail
• Tech-savvy and comfortable using computerized equipment and production systems
• Basic computer skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Commitment to workplace safety
