Mill Worker

Tri-Supply is looking for Mill workers to produce finished millwork products in our facility in Temple, TX. This position is best suited for applicants who have some experience with power tools or production line type product assembly and aren’t afraid to learn on the go. A great entry point position for someone comfortable with physically challenging but rewarding work.

 Skills and Experience Needed: 

• Ability to follow detailed instructions and exercising sound problem solving skills
• Must possess a strong attention to detail
• Comfortable in a fast-paced production and warehouse environment
• Able to handle repeated tasks while remaining focused on quality and safety
• Experience with wood working and related machines is preferred, but not required.
• Understanding of production procedures and familiar with door terminology is a plus

 Requirements:

• Excellent attendance
• Able to work while standing for extended periods
• Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks as needed
• Must be able to read a tape measure
