Qualifications
The Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for providing safe, therapeutic, and recovery-oriented nursing care to residents in accordance with physician orders, nursing standards, facility policies, and regulatory requirements. The RN performs comprehensive nursing assessments, administers medications and treatments, monitors resident progress, responds to changes in condition, and collaborates with the interdisciplinary treatment team to promote positive clinical outcomes.

The RN serves as a clinical resource for Mental Health Technicians and other direct care staff while supporting the Charge Nurse in maintaining a safe, compliant, and therapeutic treatment environment.
Minimum Qualifications
Education
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
Licensure
- Current unrestricted Registered Nurse license in the State of Florida.
Certifications
- Basic Life Support (BLS)
- Crisis Prevention/Handle With Care (or equivalent) within required timeframe
- Additional certifications as required by facility policy
Experience
- One year of nursing experience.
