About the Role: Magnolia Health Systems is seeking a Regional Nurse Consultant to -
- Monitor assigned facilities for ongoing compliance with State and Federal regulation
- Assist to draft and/or conduct final review of all Plans of Correction for assigned region and provide approval for submission.
- Assist facilities as needed in regaining compliance when deficient.
- Organize and/or present in-service materials needed by the assigned facilities upon request
About you: The ideal candidate would have the following skills and experience:
- Licensed Registered Nurse in the state of Indiana
- 2 years of experience in long-term care
- Well versed in both State and Federal regulations
- Experience as a Director of Nursing or Assistant Director of Nursing at the facility level preferred
- Capable of effectively organizing and presenting needed in-service material as well as be capable of participating in the training of newly hired Directors of Nursing
