Join the team that keeps our bowling lanes running smoothly and the fun rolling! As a Pin Chaser, you’ll learn the basics of our automatic pinsetters, quickly solve minor lane issues, assist our mechanic with preventive maintenance, and help guests enjoy a smooth experience from their first frame to their last. No two shifts are exactly the same. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys staying active, solving problems, helping people, and being part of a fast-moving team. What You’ll Do Jump into action when a lane needs help and fix minor pinsetter malfunctions to keep games moving. Learn how to set and adjust automatic pinsetting equipment so pins are cleared and reset correctly. Assist the bowling mechanic with preventive maintenance and other hands-on projects. Safely clear fallen pins and retrieve bowling balls from the lanes. Help guests find their lanes, enter names on scoring tablets, and make scoring corrections. Keep the bowling area guest-ready by returning bowling balls, clearing plates and glasses, wiping furniture, emptying trash and bus buckets, and completing assigned cleaning checks. Pitch in with facility and building tasks as needed—we work as one team! QualificationsYou’ll Be a Great Fit If You Enjoy troubleshooting and learning how equipment works. Stay calm, focused, and safety-minded when the venue gets busy. Communicate well with guests and teammates. Can work independently and as part of a team. Are organized, dependable, adaptable, and able to complete tasks on time. Can work a flexible schedule that may include days, nights, weekends, and holidays. What You Need Must be at least 18 years old. High school diploma or GED equivalent. Reliable transportation. Ability to successfully complete a background check and/or CORI screening. Physical Requirements This is an active position that requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, crouching, crawling, and climbing throughout the shift.
