Worker Traits: Models a service attitude toward others, takes ownership in solving problems and takes the initiative Training and Experience: Training or experience in geriatric, psychiatric or medical/surgical nursing desired. Job Knowledge: Knowledgeable of human development, including the processes of aging, and of social and health problems confronting older persons.
