Are you a hands-on maintenance professional who enjoys leading a team and solving problems? Homemakers is seeking a Maintenance Manager to oversee facility maintenance operations at our Tiffin location. This role combines leadership responsibilities with technical expertise, making it an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys both managing people and working alongside their team.
As the Maintenance Manager, you will lead and coordinate daily maintenance activities, train and develop team members, oversee preventive and emergency repairs, and ensure the facility operates safely and efficiently. You'll be responsible for maintaining building systems, equipment, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, forklifts, and general facility infrastructure while serving as the primary point of contact for maintenance operations.Â
What You'll Bring:
- Previous maintenance experience required
- Large facility maintenance knowledge is preferred
- Leadership, supervisory, or training experience preferred
- Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, welding, construction, and HVAC systems
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and lead a team in a fast-paced environment
- Valid driver's license and satisfactory driving recordÂ
