Position Type: Full-Time | Salaried Management
THIS IS A MANAGEMENT POSITION REQUIRING PREVIOUS LEADERSHIP EXPERIENCE
Clean Team Inc. is seeking an experienced Area Operations Manager to lead commercial cleaning operations throughout the Toledo market.
This is not an entry-level cleaning position.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing employees across multiple customer locations, maintaining staffing levels, controlling labor hours, developing frontline employees and supervisors, addressing performance concerns, and ensuring Clean Team's operational and customer-service standards are consistently met.
We are looking for a proven leader who is comfortable making decisions, holding employees accountable, solving problems in real time, and taking ownership of the performance of an assigned territory.
Previous management experience is required.
About the Role
As an Area Operations Manager, you will serve as the primary operational leader for an assigned group of customer facilities.
You will spend much of your shift in the field rather than behind a desk. This includes visiting customer locations, interacting with employees and customers, inspecting work, addressing staffing issues, coaching employees, responding to call-offs, and ensuring each account is operating according to expectations.
This position requires someone who can manage multiple priorities simultaneously and remain effective when plans change.
A successful Area Operations Manager doesn't simply identify problems - they take ownership of getting them resolved.
