The Marketing Administrator provides administrative, operational, and project coordination support to the Marketing department. This role serves as a key liaison between property departments, corporate creative teams, external vendors, and marketing leadership to ensure that marketing initiatives, promotions, events, and property communications are executed accurately and on time.

The Marketing Administrator is responsible for managing creative workflows, coordinating collateral development and distribution, supporting departmental projects and initiatives, and assisting with the execution of on-property and off-property events. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment where managing multiple priorities and deadlines is essential.

 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

The following and other duties may be assigned as necessary:

 

  • Enthusiastically supports, actively promotes, and demonstrates superior guest service in accordance with department and company standards and programs.
  • Ensures compliance with all company policies and applicable regulatory requirements and reports potential issues to management.
  • Provides administrative and project support to marketing leadership, including the Director of Marketing and Vice President of Marketing.
  • Supports the execution of departmental initiatives by assisting with planning, organization, tracking, and follow-up of projects and assignments.
  • Partners closely with the Digital Marketing Manager and Entertainment Manager by assisting with project coordination, administrative responsibilities, workflow management, and execution of operational tasks to ensure projects remain on schedule.
  • Maintains and references the property's promotional and event calendars to proactively coordinate marketing deliverables and creative deadlines.
  • Manages creative requests through the company's digital asset and project management platform, including entering jobs, tracking progress, communicating updates, and ensuring projects are completed within established timelines.
  • Coordinates the development of marketing collateral, including direct mail, digital assets, property signage, promotional materials, menus, event graphics, presentations, and other communication pieces.
  • Reviews creative proofs for accuracy and completeness, coordinating revisions and approvals with internal stakeholders and corporate creative partners.
  • Serves as a liaison between departments and the Marketing team to ensure requested collateral is designed, approved, produced, and distributed appropriately.
  • Coordinates collateral requests from internal departments, including gathering requirements, communicating timelines, facilitating approvals, and ensuring final materials are delivered accurately and on time.
  • Maintains organized records of creative projects, approvals, production schedules, and final deliverables.
  • Coordinates with external vendors regarding printing, production schedules, deliveries, and fulfillment of marketing materials and collateral.
  • Assists with vendor management activities, including obtaining quotes, tracking orders, reconciling invoices, and processing payments in accordance with company procedures.
  • Supports the preparation and organization of presentations, reports, meeting materials, budgets, and departmental documentation as needed.
  • Assists with the execution of casino promotions, special events, entertainment activations, sponsorships, and VIP experiences as needed.
  • Maintains a visible presence during assigned promotions and events and assists with guest engagement and operational execution.
  • Assists with community events, sponsorship activations, and off-property appearances representing the property within the local market.
  • Collaborates effectively with internal departments including Food & Beverage, Player Development, Facilities, Finance, Security, and Operations to support marketing initiatives and departmental requests.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

  • Associate's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Hospitality, Event Management, or a related field preferred; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • One (1) to three (3) years of experience in marketing, project coordination, hospitality, administrative support, communications, or a related field preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining exceptional attention to detail and meeting deadlines.
  • Strong organizational, time management, and prioritization skills.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Strong proofreading and quality control skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
  • Experience with project management systems, digital asset management platforms, or creative workflow software preferred.
  • Ability to build effective working relationships across multiple departments and external partners.
  • Ability to exercise sound judgment, maintain confidentiality, and work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and special events as business needs dictate.
  • Must be at least 21 years of age and able to obtain and maintain all licenses and permits required by federal, state, and local regulations.
