About the Role

Your Responsibilities

  • Provide information on resorts, hotels, cruises, transportation, tours, activities, and vacation packages while helping clients evaluate their choices.
  • Coordinate requested services through approved resources and keep confirmations, itineraries, schedules, and reservation information organized.
  • Maintain ongoing client communication, provide updates, answer questions, and assist with routine changes or special requests.
  • Review reservation details for accuracy and maintain clear records of client interactions and arrangements.
