What You’ll Be Doing as our next HVAC Technician:

Run residential service calls (no heat, no cool, maintenance, IAQ, etc.)
Diagnose issues and clearly explain solutions to homeowners
Present options and recommendations based on customer needs
Complete repairs and ensure a 5-star customer experience
Maintain a clean, organized truck and work area

Requirements

What We’re Looking For in our next HVAC Technician:

2+ years of residential HVAC service experience
Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
Ability to communicate clearly with customers
EPA Certification (required)
Valid driver's license and insurable driving record
