PRODUCTION OPERATOR
 Location: Torrance, CA

We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Production Operator to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manually place and hand-solder components according to work instruction
- Perform basic electronic data entry into computer systems
- Conduct unpacking, packing, and product testing tasks
- Perform product assembly in accordance with work instructions, involving manual dexterity, repetitive movements, and tasks that may require controlled force and bending.
- Lift and move bins and boxes weighing up to 50 lbs.
- Navigate and utilize inventory management systems
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Follow all company policies, safety protocols, and ISO standards
- Perform production tasks in various areas (e.g., assembly, testing, packing) as assigned, based on production needs and training qualifications.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED requiredÂ
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Prior experience with PCBA (Printed Circuit Board Assembly) preferred
- Basic math and computer skills
- Ability to read, speak, and understand English
- Comfortable working in a collaborative, multifunctional team environment
- Able to read and follow detailed assembly instructions
- Basic soldering skills are a plus
- Willingness to participate in training and learn new skills
