The annual base salary range for this position is <$50,000 - $62,500>. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline. In this role, you will impact the manufacturing process by ensuring accurate assembly and timely completion of mechanical parts, supporting overall production goals and customer satisfaction.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assemble mechanical components and systems according to specifications, blueprints, and work instructions.
  • Perform quality checks and functional tests on assembled products to ensure compliance with standards.
  • Maintain and troubleshoot mechanical equipment to minimize downtime and ensure smooth operations.
  • Collaborate with engineering and quality teams to resolve assembly issues and implement improvements.
  • Document assembly processes, test results, and maintenance activities accurately

Responsibilities

YOU MUST HAVE

  • Proven experience in mechanical assembly, including working with hand tools and precision measuring instruments.
  • Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, components, and assembly techniques to ensure accurate and efficient work.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and work instructions for assembly tasks.
  • Experience with troubleshooting mechanical issues and performing routine maintenance on assembly equipment.
  • Familiarity with safety standards and practices in a manufacturing environment.

WE VALUE

  • High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification in mechanical assembly or related field is a plus.
  • 2+ years of experience in mechanical assembly or manufacturing roles.
  • Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and follow established procedures.
  • Basic computer skills for documentation and reporting purposes.
