Patient Scheduler - Surgery Admin at Providence Little Company of Mary Medical Center San Pedro in San Pedro, CA. This position is Full Time and will work <80>-hour, Variable shifts.

The scheduling coordinator position is responsible for coordinating all scheduling needs of patients from treatment start to completion; including but not limited to any and all necessary ancillary services as well as HDR(High Dose Radiation), Brainlab (Radiosurgery), OTV (On treatment Visits), six month, and one year follow up visits. Â This position is also responsible for answering telephone calls and ensuring that excellent customer service is provided to patients, physicians, and staff. Â Other duties include providing back-up for the Patient Services Coordinator and the Receptionist, as well as other tasks as requested by the supervisor.

Required Qualifications:
- Upon hire: MOAB I within 30 to 150 days of hire
