Description
- Check your NetSuite dashboard for daily work orders submitted to QA ready for inspection.
- Responsible for outgoing QA and QC of all products before shipment, looking for any nonconformances.
- Assists in investigating non-conformance issues or discrepant materials.
- Audit work order entries in our company ERP system (NetSuite).
- Review work order folders for completeness and accuracy.
- Follow the VRMA processes by preparing Non-Conformance Reports and Supporting
- Documentation for non-conforming material.
- Assist receiving inspection as needed with testing, assembly, and mechanical inspection.
- Performs other duties and/or projects as assigned.
Requirements
- HS Diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a data-driven administrative, operations support, or QA/production environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Google Workplace is a plus.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently under pressure.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry tasks.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment.
- Strong work ethic, curiosity to learn, and willingness to grow into a more technical QA role overtime.
