At Lakeside Surfaces, our Field Measure Technicians are the critical link between the sale and a flawless installation. Every day is different as you travel to homes and job sites, use cutting-edge digital measuring technology, collaborate with homeowners, contractors, and designers, and ensure every countertop is measured with accuracy before it enters production.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Travel to jobsites to measure residential and commercial kitchens and baths
- Template 3 to 4 jobs daily
- Meet with customers to discuss our process and various options
- Use laser and digital software to record measurements and create drawings
- Upload data and communicate job details to fabrication shop
- Work closely with clients and maintain excellent relationships
MINIMUM JOB QUALIFICATIONS
- Strong computer and basic math skills
- Working knowledge of AutoCAD
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to handle and carry heavy sinks
- Personable and professional demeanor and appearance
- Organized and punctual
- Self-Starter
- Detail Oriented
PREFERRED JOB QUALIFICATIONS
- Field measuring or experience installing countertops
- Residential construction experience
MINIMUM PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
- Ability to carry substantial parts on varied surfaces
- Ability to lift up to 100 lbs
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
- Ability to follow all safety requirements
- Ability to drive Lakeside fleet vehicles safely as needed
