Flexible Schedule & Work Location – Our claims representatives benefit from the flexibility to establish their own schedules. This position can be pursued on a part-time or full-time basis and can be performed remotely or in person.
Responsibilities
- Conduct virtual or in-person property walk-through inspections to identify damages that may be covered under insurance policies.
- Utilize effective communication and interpersonal skills to foster business growth and client success.
- Interpret insurance policies and clearly explain coverage-related information to clients.
- Deliver exceptional customer service while addressing client needs in a professional and efficient manner.
- Complete necessary paperwork and documentation to facilitate the claims processing.
