Overview:Â
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Manufacturing, Operations Management, Project Management, or related discipline.
- Minimum 10 years of experience leading large-scale industrial, manufacturing, facility expansion, or capital projects.Â
- This position is responsible for leading large-scale manufacturing expansion, facility development, and operational growth initiatives across manufacturing operations.
- The role will focus on planning, execution, and delivery of high-value Greenfield and Brownfield projects, ensuring business objectives, operational readiness, schedule, budget, and stakeholder expectations are achieved.Â
- The Project Manager will serve as a key leader throughout the project lifecycle, from initial concept development and scope definition through execution, commissioning, and operational handoff.
- This individual will work closely with Operations, Manufacturing, Engineering, Supply Chain, Quality, Facilities, and Executive Leadership teams to ensure successful project delivery.Â
- The ideal candidate is a highly autonomous leader with extensive experience managing complex manufacturing projects exceeding $100M in value.
- This individual must be comfortable driving cross-functional alignment, managing competing priorities, mitigating risk, and delivering results in fast-paced industrial environments.Â
Key Responsibilities :
- Project Leadership & ExecutionÂ
- Lead large-scale Greenfield and Brownfield manufacturing projects from concept through completionÂ
- Develop comprehensive project plans, schedules, budgets, risk assessments, and execution strategiesÂ
- Ensure project milestones, deliverables, and business objectives are achievedÂ
- Monitor project performance and implement corrective actions when necessaryÂ
- Drive project governance, reporting, and executive communication throughout the project lifecycleÂ
- Scope Development & Strategic PlanningÂ
- Define project scope, objectives, resource requirements, and success criteriaÂ
- Partner with stakeholders to develop project roadmaps aligned with business growth strategiesÂ
- Evaluate project risks and develop mitigation plansÂ
- Support long-term manufacturing capacity and operational growth initiativesÂ
- Ensure alignment between business priorities and project execution activitiesÂ
- Capital Projects & Facility ExpansionÂ
- Lead manufacturing expansion, facility optimization, and operational readiness initiativesÂ
- Support site selection, facility expansion, infrastructure upgrades, and capacity growth projectsÂ
- Oversee implementation of manufacturing equipment, production lines, and operational systemsÂ
- Manage large-scale capital investment projects and associated budgetsÂ
- Ensure successful transition from project execution to operational ownershipÂ
- Cross-Functional LeadershipÂ
- Collaborate with Manufacturing, Operations, Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, Facilities, Procurement, and Leadership teamsÂ
- Facilitate alignment between technical and business stakeholdersÂ
- Lead project meetings, reviews, and executive updatesÂ
- Build strong relationships across multiple functions and organizational levelsÂ
- Drive accountability and collaboration across project teamsÂ
- Risk Management & Operational ReadinessÂ
- Identify project risks, constraints, and dependenciesÂ
- Develop and implement mitigation and contingency plansÂ

- Support project commissioning, startup, and production ramp-up activitiesÂ

- Coordinate activities with external contractors, suppliers, consultants, and service providersÂ
- Manage vendor performance and project deliverablesÂ
- Support contract execution and project procurement activitiesÂ
- Ensure alignment between third-party resources and project objectivesÂ
- Maintain effective communication with all external stakeholdersÂ

- Demonstrated experience leading Greenfield and/or Brownfield manufacturing projectsÂ
- Experience managing capital projects exceeding $100M in project valueÂ
- Strong manufacturing industry experienceÂ
- Experience leading complex cross-functional programs from planning through executionÂ
- Proven ability to define project scope, establish project structure, and drive executionÂ
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skillsÂ
- Track record of successful delivery of large-scale industrial or manufacturing projectsÂ
- Ability to travel approximately 25-50%Â
