About the Role

We are seeking a licensed LCSW, LPC, or LMFT to provide mental health services to an assigned caseload. The clinician will conduct therapy sessions, assess client needs, establish treatment goals, and provide ongoing care based on each client’s clinical needs. This position requires a clinician who can manage a caseload independently, maintain accurate records, and work collaboratively with other professionals when coordination of care is needed.

Responsibilities
  • Provide individual therapy to clients through scheduled sessions
  • Conduct clinical assessments and identify treatment needs
  • Develop, implement, and update individualized treatment plans
  • Monitor client progress and modify interventions when clinically appropriate
  • Coordinate with other providers as needed to support continuity of care
  • Complete progress notes and other required clinical documentation
  • Maintain client confidentiality and appropriate professional boundaries
  • Master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Active LCSW, LPC, or LMFT license in Arizona.
  • Skilled in therapy techniques and client communication.
  • Team-oriented approach with a desire for professional development.
