Be part of our growth by joining Energy Transport.   ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES   Safely pick up and deliver freight on-time within Tucson, AZ area. Responsible for safely operating a company vehicle in the transportation of FAK over the road, while verifying loads for accuracy. Ability to work with assigned routes. Ability to adapt dispatch should there be a change in route. Maintain effective communication with dispatch team to ensure freight is delivered safely and on-time, or of any unforeseen issues that may arise during transport. Perform required pre and post trip inspections on vehicles and report any issues. Safely and efficiently operate lift equipment, for loading and unloading duties. Complete and verify all required backup paperwork (bills, HAZMAT, POD, manifests, etc.) are in order and dually delivered to the right personnel member, whether shipper, consignee, or Energy agent. Adhere to company policies and procedures. Adheres to company, federal, state and local laws, including Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) HOS regulations. Any other duties as assigned. QualificationsCOMPETENCIES Valid Class A license. Minimum 2 years of verifiable experience. Must be 23 years of age. Clean CSA score. Must possess a basic knowledge of traffic laws & DOT regulations. Ability to pass random drug tests Ability to drive at night. Ability to lift 60 lbs. unassisted. Acceptable accident history. Hazmat endorsement preferred. TWIC card preferred.
