Recruiter

As a Recruiter, you'll play a vital role in attracting top talent while supporting key administrative functions that keep our hiring process running efficiently. This position is perfect for someone who enjoys building relationships, staying organized, and making an impact behind the scenes.

What You'll Do:

Source, screen, and recruit qualified candidates

Coordinate interviews and manage candidate communications

Manage onboarding activities and new hire documentation

Maintain recruitment records and HR documentation

Support administrative projects and daily office operations

Skills & Requirements

Education:

• Bachelor’s Degree, preferred
• Associates degree in a related field and 2 years’ experience working in Human Resources
• Experience may substitute for degree.

Experience:

• Prior experience in recruiting
• Two years of experience in general HR functions, preferred.
• High level of proficiency using computers and data entry. 
• Paycom experience is a plus.

Certifications:

• Human Resources Certification, a plus

Additional Requirements:

• Valid Arizona Driver’s license, proof of current insurance and willingness to use personal vehicle. Driver’s license is an essential requirement for performing duties for this position.
• Clean Motor Vehicle Record - no more than 2 moving violations or a license suspension in past 3 years.

Other:

• Bilingual skills a plus.

Pay Information:

• Starting Pay Rate: $23.00 - $27.00 per hour
• Pay Comments: Pay rate based on level of education and years of work experience relevant to this position.
