Job DetailsJob Location: TULSA CAMPUS - TULSA, OK 74115Position Type: Full TimeEducation Level: High SchoolSalary Range: $23.00 - $29.00 HourlyTravel Percentage: NoneJob Shift: AnyJob Category: Education Summary   The Admission Support Assistant is responsible for the frontline customer service of current and potential clients, which includes answering and distributing telephone calls to appropriate representatives/staff and routing internal and external materials to appropriate college personnel. The Admissions Support Assistant is the first person who our customers meet or talk to when they visit or call the campus, and therefore, must project a positive customer supportive attitude.   Essential Functions   Greet and direct walk-in clients, vendors, and visitors to appropriate departments. Manages visitor and student check-in process. Answer and direct telephone calls to ensure quality customer service. Process applications immediately and enter information into the Application Log Close front desk station. Provide support for special projects as assigned by the Director of Admissions. General Filing/faxing/organizing and other related duties as assigned. Maintain favorable performance reviews as measured by the Director of Admissions Provide assistance at New Student Orientation. Research local career fairs and college fairs, provide summary & contact information to DOA. Sets up events as needed. Coordinates and tracks trainings (i.e. Max Knowledge) and manages compliance audit requirements for Admissions. Partner with Tool Crib Manager to ensure order of supplies/equipment for students is completed in a timely manner. Assist Campus President with other projects and duties as assigned by Vice President of  Admissions.   Knowledge / Skills   Data entry and multi-line telephone aptitude are mandatory Ability to work with all types of people, to assume facilitator and occasionally lead role, and to affect timely submissions from other as required. Ability to work independently Ability to communicate professionally, with clarity and brevity, required – both orally and in writing Ability to self-start and self-monitor work projects Ability to balance urgency or assignments and timeline Qualifications Education and Work Experience   High School Diploma or GED required Associate degree preferred One (1) year of clerical work experience preferred   Physical Demands   The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
